Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Union Academy Cardinals (Monroe, NC), 6-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Mount Pleasant moves its record to 12-6 on the season. The Tigers travel to North Stanly (New London, NC) to battle the Comets in a Yadkin Valley 1A/2A match on Tuesday, April 15.
