Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Valley Christian Trojans (Chandler, AZ) and the host Odyssey Institute Minotaur (Buckeye, AZ), observed Valley Christian's volleyball team top Odyssey Institute by a tally of 2-0.

The Trojans (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Dobson (Mesa, AZ). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Dobson was beaten by Westwood (Mesa, AZ), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Minotaur meet the Crismon Rattlers (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 11. Odyssey Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 4-15 season record. The Rattlers enter the contest with a 6-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Moon Valley (Phoenix, AZ).
