North Carolina High School Softball - North Lenoir bounces Kinston
April 12, 2022: LaGrange, NC 28551 The North Lenoir Hawks (LaGrange, NC) softball routed the visiting Kinston Vikings (Kinston, NC), 20-2 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Hawks (5-9) will now prepare for their bout against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers go into the East Central 2A bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, James Kenan was routed by Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC), 9-5, in a league bout.
The Vikings now possess a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Wallace-Rose Hill for a East Central 2A bout on Thursday, April 14. Kinston will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-5 league win over James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-8.
