Georgia High School Baseball - Jefferson defeats Eastside
April 12, 2023: Covington, GA 30014 Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Eastside Eagles (Covington, GA), 10-5 in a league test.
With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 18-6 on the season. The Dragons travel to Loganville (Loganville, GA) to battle the Red Devils in a 5A Area 8 test on Friday, April 14. The Red Devils go into the game with a record of 20-7. Loganville won 3-0 in their recent league game against Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA)
The Eagles (14-12) will now prepare for their game against Redan (Stone Mountain, GA). The Raiders go into the non-league game with a 16-7 record.
