April 6, 2023: Jefferson, GA 30549 The Jefferson Dragons got by the visiting Oconee County Warriors baseball team by a count of 10-9 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Dragons now possess a 16-6 record. They take the field next when they host Eastside for a 5A Area 8 bout on Monday, April 10. Jefferson will face a Eagles team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Jones County (Gray, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 14-10.
Next, the Warriors face the Loganville Red Devils (Loganville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 6. Oconee County will attempt to move on its 12-11 season record. The Red Devils enter the bout with a 16-7 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL).
