April 12, 2024: Ellsworth, KS 67439 The Minneapolis Lions routed the host Ellsworth Bearcats softball squad by a count of 16-6 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Lions (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Russell (Russell, KS). The Broncos go into the non-league battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Russell was routed by Ellinwood (Ellinwood, KS), 15-4, in a non-league battle.
The Bearcats now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sacred Heart for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 16. Ellsworth will meet a Knights squad coming off a 14-7 non-league loss to Valley Heights (Blue Rapids, KS). The Knights record now stands at 2-6.
