Ohio High School Baseball - Marietta defeats Logan
April 12, 2025: Logan, OH 43138 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Marietta Tigers (Marietta, OH) and the host Logan Chieftains (Logan, OH), saw Marietta's baseball team gain a win over Logan by a tally of 12-7.
The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Frye (Beverly, OH). The Cadets enter the Ohio Valley Athletic AAA battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Fort Frye was overwhelmed by Caldwell (Caldwell, OH), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Chieftains face the Lancaster Golden Gales (Lancaster, OH) in a Ohio Capital - Buckeye battle, on Monday, April 14. Logan will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Golden Gales enter the battle with a 7-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH).
