West Virginia High School Softball - Oak Hill bounces Summers County
April 12, 2025: Oak Hill, WV 25901 The Oak Hill Red Devils softball team scored 19 runs and held the visiting Summers County Bobcats to 0 in the Red Devils league win on Saturday.
The Red Devils now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nitro for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 17. Oak Hill will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Winfield (Winfield, WV). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-11.
With the loss, Summers County moves to 0-4 on the season. The Bobcats host Bluefield (Bluefield, WV) to confront the Beavers in a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. The Beavers come into the battle with a record of 1-8. Bluefield lost 6-5 in their recent league battle against PikeView (Princeton, WV)
