The Cypress Creek Coyotes softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Hernando Leopards to 8 in the Coyotes non-league win on Monday.

The Coyotes now possess a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anclote for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 14. Cypress Creek will confront a Sharks team coming off a 17-2 non-league loss to Bishop McLaughlin Catholic (Spring Hill, FL). The Sharks record now stands at 0-13.

With the loss, Hernando moves to 7-8 on the season. The Leopards host Citrus (Inverness, FL) to confront the Hurricanes in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 16. The Hurricanes come into the battle with a record of 4-10. Citrus lost 9-0 in their recent non-league battle against South Lake (Groveland, FL)
