The Griffith Panthers softball team scored 16 runs and held the host River Forest Ingots to 1 in the Panthers league win on Monday.

The Panthers now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wheeler for a Greater South Shore battle on Tuesday, April 14. Griffith will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Illiana Christian (Dyer, IN). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-4.
