April 14, 2022: Marietta, GA 30062 Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA), 13-10 in a non-league battle.
The Hawks now have a 14-1 record. They take the field next when they host Milton for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 19. Hillgrove will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 14-3 non-league win over Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 14-2.
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 18. Walton will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Grizzlies come into the battle with a 13-0 record after their 15-4 league win over North Forsyth (Cumming, GA).
