The Arizona College Prep Knights softball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Valley Christian Trojans to 1 in the Knights league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Arizona College Prep moves its record to 16-10 on the year. The Knights host Horizon Honors (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 19. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 15-6.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North Eagles (Gilbert, AZ) in a 3A Metro battle, on Tuesday, April 19. Valley Christian will attempt to better on its 17-6 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 9-4 record after their 4-3 league loss to Eastmark (Mesa, AZ).
