Notre Dame Green Knights (West Haven, CT) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT), 9-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Notre Dame advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Green Knights host Wilbur Cross (New Haven, CT) to battle the Governors in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 16. The Governors come into the match with a record of 0-3. Wilbur Cross lost 11-2 in their recent non-league match against Darien (Darien, CT)

The Rams now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Haven for a non-league match on Wednesday, April 16. Cheshire will battle a Nighthawks squad coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to Shelton (Shelton, CT). The Nighthawks record now stands at 1-2.
