Virginia High School Baseball - Walsingham Academy loses to Benedictine
April 15, 2024: Williamsburg, VA 23185 The Walsingham Academy Trojans baseball team (Williamsburg, VA), was overwhelmed 11-1 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Benedictine Cadets (Richmond, VA)
The Cadets now hold a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they host Collegiate for a Virginia Prep outing on Tuesday, April 16. Benedictine will face a Cougars team coming off a 9-0 league win over St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 8-2.
Next, the Trojans face the Steward Spartans (Richmond, VA) in a Tidewater Independent outing, on Tuesday, April 16. Walsingham Academy will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 5-6 record after their 14-2 league win over Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA).
