April 16, 2022: Newtown, CT 06482 The crowd at Saturday's non-league game between the Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT) and the visiting Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT), saw Newtown's lacrosse team nudge Cheshire by a margin of 14-13.
The Nighthawks (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Weston (Weston, CT). The Trojans enter the South West game with a 6-0 record.
The Rams (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Guilford (Guilford, CT). The Grizzlies enter the Southern Connecticut game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Guilford edged Simsbury (Simsbury, CT), 12-5, in a non-league game.
