The Glastonbury Tomahawks lacrosse squad (Glastonbury, CT), was overwhelmed 17-8 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT)

Coming up next, the Nighthawks confront the Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT) in a South West contest, on Tuesday, May 17. Newtown will attempt to improve on its 12-1 season record. The Lancers enter the contest with a 4-9 record after their 14-5 league loss to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT).
