Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Del Valle Cardinals (Del Valle, TX), 2-1 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now sport a 23-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Anderson for a 6A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, April 19. Dripping Springs will face a Trojans squad coming off a 6-2 league loss to Del Valle (Del Valle, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 5-17.
