New Jersey High School Softball - St. Mary bounces Secaucus
April 16, 2024: Secaucus, NJ 07094 St. Mary Gaels (Rutherford, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Secaucus Patriots (Secaucus, NJ), 11-0 in a league challenge.
The Gaels now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Rutherford for a NJIC - National challenge on Thursday, April 18. St. Mary will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Weehawken (Weehawken, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Secaucus falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Hawthorne (Hawthorne, NJ) to battle the Bears in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. The Bears enter the challenge with a record of 7-0.
