Arizona High School Volleyball - Mountain View tips Corona del Sol

In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Mountain View Toros volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Corona del Sol Aztecs.

The Toros (17-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Westwood (Mesa, AZ). The Warriors enter the 6A East Valley challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, Westwood got by Mesa (Mesa, AZ), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Aztecs meet the Sunnyslope Vikings (Phoenix, AZ) in a 6A Central challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Corona del Sol will attempt to upgrade on its 8-15 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Basha (Chandler, AZ).
