University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Preston Knights (Kingwood, WV), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Hawks now sport a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Preston for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 17. University will face a Knights squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to North Marion (Farmington, WV). The Knights record now stands at 2-8.

With the loss, Preston falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Knights host University (Morgantown, WV) to face the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 17.
