The Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) baseball trounced the visiting Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA), 6-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 18-4 record. They take the field next when they host Archbishop Spalding for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 19. Paul VI will clash with a Cavaliers team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Towson (Towson, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 18-4.

With the defeat, Bishop Ireton drops to 4-18 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Proctor (Utica, NY) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Proctor won 14-1 in their recent league challenge against Central Valley Academy (Ilion, NY)
