Next up, the Elks encounter the Joshua Owls (Joshua, TX) in a 5A Region I District 8 bout, on Tuesday, April 22. Burleson will attempt to upgrade on its 18-9 season record.
The Spartans (15-10) will now prepare for their bout against Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX). The Wolves enter the 5A Region I District 8 bout with a 15-10 record.
