North Schuylkill Spartans (Ashland, PA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Tri-Valley Bulldogs (Hegins, PA), 8-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, North Schuylkill advances its record to 4-5 on the season. The Spartans travel to Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA) to battle the RED TORNADOES in a non-league match on Saturday, April 19. The RED TORNADOES come into the match with a record of 5-2. Mount Carmel won 20-12 in their recent league match against Midd-West (Middleburg, PA)

The Bulldogs now have a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southern Columbia Area for a non-league match on Saturday, April 19. Tri-Valley will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 19-6 league win over Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-3.
