April 17, 2025: Middletown, DE 19709 Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE), 10-7 in a league game.
With the victory, Appoquinimink advances its record to 3-7 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE) to play the Green Knights in a Blue Hen - Flight A game on Wednesday, April 23. The Green Knights come into the game with a record of 0-8. Mount Pleasant lost 19-0 in their recent league game against Odessa (Townsend, DE)
The Cavaliers now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilmington Charter for a non-league game on Monday, April 28. Middletown will encounter a Force team coming off a 16-2 league win over Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE). The Force record now stands at 4-5.
