The NorthWood Panthers baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Fairfield Falcons to 1 in the Panthers non-league win on Friday.

The Panthers now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host LaVille for a non-league test on Saturday, April 18. NorthWood will play a Lancers team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Elkhart Christian Academy (Elkhart, IN). The Lancers record now stands at 1-3.

With the defeat, Fairfield drops to 1-5 on the year. The Falcons travel to Central Noble (Albion, IN) to play the Cougars in a Northeast Corner test on Saturday, April 18. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 3-2. Central Noble won 14-4 in their recent non-league test against Hamilton (Hamilton, IN)
