The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Brown County Eagles (Nashville, IN) and the host Austin Eagles (Austin, IN), observed Brown County's softball team get by Austin by a final score of 28-21.

The Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their bout against White River Valley (Switz City, IN). The Wolverines go into the non-league bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, White River Valley tipped Bloomington North (Bloomington, IN), 13-3, in a non-league bout.
