Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Nansemond River Warriors (Suffolk, VA), 10-5 in a league challenge.

The Grizzlies now own a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they host King's Fork for a Southeastern challenge on Tuesday, April 23.
