Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) and the visiting Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC), saw Starmount's baseball squad beat Alleghany by a margin of 10-7.

Coming up next, the Rams play the East Wilkes Cardinals (Ronda, NC) in a Northwest 1A battle, on Tuesday, April 23. Starmount will attempt to better on its 12-7 season record.
