Virginia High School Baseball - George C. Marshall loses to Herndon
April 19, 2024: Falls Church, VA 22043 The Herndon Hornets crushed the host George C. Marshall Statesmen baseball team by a count of 8-1 in Friday's league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host McLean for a Liberty bout on Thursday, April 25. Herndon will clash with a Highlanders team coming off a 7-3 non-league win over South Lakes (Reston, VA). The Highlanders record now stands at 8-6.
The Statesmen (4-11) will now prepare for their game against Langley (McLean, VA). The Saxons go into the Liberty game with a 9-3 record.
