Louisiana High School Softball - Leesville bounces Peabody
April 19, 2025: Alexandria, LA 71302 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Leesville Wampus Cats (Leesville, LA) and the host Peabody Warhorses (Alexandria, LA), witnessed Leesville's softball team gain a win over Peabody by a final score of 14-0.
The Wampus Cats now possess a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Hannan for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 22. Leesville will confront a Hawks team coming off a 7-4 non-league win over Houma Christian (Houma, LA). The Hawks record now stands at 16-10.
With the loss, Peabody moves to 7-18 on the season.
