Louisiana High School Softball - Mt. Hermon bounces Phoenix
April 2, 2025: Mt. Hermon, LA 70450 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Mt. Hermon Yellowjackets (Mt. Hermon, LA) and the visiting Phoenix Spartans (Braithwaite, LA), observed Mt. Hermon's softball team prevail over Phoenix by a tally of 21-3.
The Yellowjackets (7-8) will now prepare for their bout against Varnado (Angie, LA). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Varnado knocked off Independence (Independence, LA), 23-12, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Family Christian Flames (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 3. Phoenix will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Flames go into the bout with a 2-9 record after their 18-2 non-league loss to Livonia (Livonia, LA).
