The Ripley Vikings crushed the visiting Lincoln County Panthers baseball team by a count of 12-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Riverside for a Mountain State bout on Friday, April 21. Ripley will face a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV). The Warriors record now stands at 6-7.

Next, the Panthers face the Mingo Central Miners (Matewan, WV) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 22. Lincoln County will attempt to move on its 2-16 season record. The Miners enter the bout with a 4-3 record after their 8-7 league win over Mount View (Welch, WV).
