April 20, 2023: Silver Spring, MD 20901 The Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Northwood Gladiators to 3 in the Screamin' Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Screamin' Eagles (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD). The Wildcats go into the Montgomery County 4A - West match with a 9-4 record. In their last match, Walter Johnson edged Whitman (Bethesda, MD), 5-1, in a league match.
The Gladiators (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Blake (Silver Spring, MD). The Bengals go into the Montgomery County 3A/2A match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Blake edged Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD), 5-0, in a non-league match.
