April 26, 2023: Silver Spring, MD 20904 Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles (Germantown, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Springbrook Blue Devils (Silver Spring, MD), 14-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Seneca Valley upgrades its record to 3-9 on the season. The Screamin' Eagles travel to Churchill (Potomac, MD) to battle the Bulldogs in a Montgomery County 4A - West test on Monday, May 1. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 8-5.
With the defeat, Springbrook falls to 1-9 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD) to battle the Knights in a non-league test on Saturday, April 29. The Knights come into the test with a record of 6-5. Wheaton won 5-4 in their recent league test against Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD)
