North Carolina High School Lacrosse - South Mecklenburg drops to Ardrey Kell

Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC), 17-11 in a league battle.

The Knights now have a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Myers Park for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 26. Ardrey Kell will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 21-9 non-league loss to Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-6.

In their next game, the Sabres clash with the Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 22. South Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 5-11 record after their 20-0 league loss to Myers Park (Charlotte, NC).
