Alabama High School Softball - Cleburne County loses to Piedmont
April 21, 2022: Piedmont, AL 36272 The Piedmont Bulldogs softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Cleburne County Tigers to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Piedmont improves its record to 10-9 on the year. The Bulldogs host Albertville (Albertville, AL) to clash with the Aggies in a non-league game on Saturday, April 23. The Aggies come into the game with a record of 6-18. Albertville lost 11-0 in their recent non-league game against Brewer (Somerville, AL)
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 26. Cleburne County will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the game with a 7-13 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Moody (Moody, AL).
