Connecticut High School Softball - McMahon holds off Westhill
April 21, 2022: Stamford, CT 06902 McMahon Senators (Norwalk, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT), 11-9 in a league challenge.
The Senators now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wilton for a Fairfield County challenge on Friday, April 22. McMahon will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to New Canaan (New Canaan, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Westhill falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Bridgeport Central (Bridgeport, CT) to battle the Hilltoppers in a Fairfield County challenge on Friday, April 22. The Hilltoppers enter the challenge with a record of 1-5. Bridgeport Central lost 14-0 in their recent league challenge against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT)
