The South Charleston Black Eagles baseball squad (South Charleston, WV), was edged 3-2 in Monday's league contest with the visiting Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV)

With the triumph, Riverside moves its record to 7-10 on the season. The Warriors host George Washington (Charleston, WV) to confront the Patriots in a Mountain State contest on Tuesday, April 22. The Patriots come into the contest with a record of 13-4. George Washington won 4-3 in their recent league contest against St. Albans (St. Albans, WV)

The Black Eagles now possess a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hurricane for a Mountain State contest on Wednesday, April 23. South Charleston will confront a Redskins squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Fairland (Proctorville, OH). The Redskins record now stands at 14-3.
