The Diamond Wildcats triumphed over the host Strafford Indians softball squad by a count of 10-5 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Lockwood Tigers (Lockwood, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Diamond will attempt to upgrade on its 18-4 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 16-5 record after their 4-0 non-league win over New Heights Christian Academy (Joplin, MO).

The Indians (8-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Fair Grove (Fair Grove, MO). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 13-3 record.
