April 22, 2022: Mt. Pleasant, SC 29466 The Berkeley Stags softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Wando Warriors to 4 in the Stags league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Berkeley moves its record to 9-3 on the year. The Stags travel to Ashley Ridge (Summerville, SC) to clash with the Swamp Foxes in a non-league game on Monday, April 25. The Swamp Foxes come into the game with a record of 6-4. Ashley Ridge won 8-1 in their recent league game against West Ashley (Charleston, SC)
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Stratford Knights (Goose Creek, SC) in a AAAAA Region 7 game, on Monday, April 25. Wando will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 12-6 record after their 7-3 league loss to Cane Bay (Summerville, SC).
