South Carolina High School Softball - Fox Creek knocked off by Strom Thurmond
April 22, 2022: Johnston, SC 29832 In Friday's league contest, the Strom Thurmond Rebels (Johnston, SC) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Fox Creek Predators (North Augusta, SC), by a margin of 11-1.
With the triumph, Strom Thurmond moves its record to 8-7 on the year. The Rebels travel to Gilbert (Gilbert, SC) to play the Indians in a AAA Region 5 contest on Monday, April 25. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 14-2. Gilbert won 4-3 in their recent league contest against Swansea (Swansea, SC)
In their next game, the Predators play the Brookland-Cayce Bearcats (Cayce, SC) in a AAA Region 5 contest, on Tuesday, April 26. Fox Creek will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record.
