In Tuesday's league game, the host St. Joseph Central Irish baseball team scored a close 4-1 victory over the Wirt County Tigers.

The Irish (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Man (Man, WV). The Hillbillies enter the Freelance game with a 9-3 record.
