Arizona High School Softball - Central knocked off by Metro Tech

The Metro Tech Knights overwhelmed the host Central Bobcats softball squad by a count of 16-6 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 24. Metro Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 12-2 league loss to Independence (Glendale, AZ).

The Bobcats (0-17) will now prepare for their challenge against North (Phoenix, AZ). The Mustangs go into the 5A Metro challenge with a 4-14 record. In their last challenge, North was routed by McClintock (Tempe, AZ), 10-0, in a league challenge.
