The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) and the host Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN), saw Lake Central's baseball team gain a win over Michigan City by a tally of 23-0.

The Indians (10-0) will now prepare for their battle against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors enter the non-league battle with a 6-11 record. In their last battle, De La Salle was overwhelmed by Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL), 19-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Wolves face the Elkhart Lions (Elkhart, IN) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 25. Michigan City will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 7-2 record after their 9-3 league loss to New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN).
