The Derry Trojans softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host South Allegheny Gladiators to 6 in the Trojans league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Derry moves its record to 2-7 on the year. The Trojans host Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA) to clash with the Bucs in a WPIAL 3A 1 game on Tuesday, April 25. The Bucs come into the game with a record of 2-3.

In their next game, the Gladiators clash with the Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 26. South Allegheny will attempt to move on its 6-9 season record. The Rams come into the game with a 3-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to Yough (Herminie, PA).
