April 24, 2024: Shady Spring, WV 25918 The Shady Spring Tigers softball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Liberty Raiders to 1 in the Tigers league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Shady Spring moves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Nicholas County (Summersville, WV) to clash with the Grizzlies in a Coalfield A game on Thursday, April 25. The Grizzlies come into the game with a record of 9-12. Nicholas County lost 10-1 in their recent non-league game against Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV)
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the WestSide Renegades (Clear Fork, WV) in a Coalfield AA game, on Thursday, April 25. Liberty will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record.
