The Apex Friendship Patriots lacrosse team (Apex, NC), was overwhelmed 11-6 in Thursday's league battle with the host Apex Cougars (Apex, NC)

With the victory, Apex advances its record to 13-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Middle Creek (Apex, NC) to encounter the Mustangs in a Southwest Wake battle on Tuesday, April 29. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 6-6.

The Patriots now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Panther Creek for a Southwest Wake battle on Tuesday, April 29.
