In Friday's league bout, the Dalhart Wolves (Dalhart, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting River Road Wildcats (Amarillo, TX), by a tally of 8-2.

Next up, the Wolves encounter the Childress Bobcats (Childress, TX) in a 3A Region I District 1 bout, on Monday, April 28. Dalhart will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Bobcats enter the bout with a 12-10 record after their 13-3 league win over River Road (Amarillo, TX).
