Illinois High School Volleyball - Neuqua Valley edged by Metea Valley

The Metea Valley Mustangs held off the visiting Neuqua Valley Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Mustangs now have a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Benet Academy for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 27. Metea Valley will confront a Redwings team coming off a 2-0 league win over Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Redwings record now stands at 14-8.

The Wildcats (9-10) will now prepare for their test against Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL). The Red Devils enter the non-league test with a 14-3 record. In their last test, Hinsdale Central held off York (Elmhurst, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
