Kansas High School Softball - Royal Valley nudges Nemaha Central
April 26, 2022: Seneca, KS 66538 Royal Valley Panthers (Hoyt, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS), 10-9 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson West for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 28. Royal Valley will face a Tigers squad coming off a 9-7 non-league win over Perry-Lecompton (Perry, KS). The Tigers record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Nemaha Central falls to 10-5 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] (Wathena, KS) to face the Cyclones in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 28.
